Midi Player doesn't work with OS/2 2.11

Subject: Midi Player doesn't work with OS/2 2.11

The Digital Video works fine, and I can play audio CD's in the
Dock I but the 750 and OS/2 crash when I try to play a Midi file.
Anyone else experience this...know how to fix it?
