OS/2 2.11 and Suspend

Today, I spent some time with OS/2 and suspend mode. I upgrade to
OS/2 2.11 about a week ago and all has been going well except that
I couldn't suspend. Well, that's a problem since this is a notebook
and I have a tendency to leave it in suspend for hours at a time
to conserve energy yet spare the trouble of doing the boot up
sequence. I tried every possible Config.SYS I could think of with
no luck.

Finally, I tried to selectively install the APM drivers again, but
this time I used the OS/2 2.1 disks instead. It works so far and
things seem okay again!

So the moral is: if you use OS/2 and decide to upgrade to 2.11,
use the APM drivers from OS/2 2.1.
