Ah, my bust. Specifically, under OS/2, go to the Sounds applet and
uncheck the 'Power Control Beep' alarm. I would assume that it's
comparable for Win. DOS would probably be little more tricky
with all those menus but keep an eye out for 'Power Control Beep'.
I don't know what others sound may have been disabled by that
though. I think that Suspend is gone too...
