network pcmcia with thinkpad 750

Hello everyone

I'm having some problems with my ethernet network adapter (pcmcia) on my 
thinkpad750.  Can someone please let me see  how they have got their 
config.sys setup.  I can't seem to be able to get socket services loaded 
with the card driver.
