	That's acceptable loss and about what I get.

	As for whether you should charge it again or discharge it first--hey,
only you can tell.  Personally, I have no problem re-charging after a partial
discharge.  It doesn't bother me at all.  Nevertheless, you do need to 
"condition" it once in a while (run it through a full charge/discharge cycle)
in order to maintain battery life.  That doesn't mean you have to do it
constantly, just every so often.  I'd say every 2 to 4 weeks do a full
cycle.  Other than that, don't worry about it.
