Subject: FX Card/Music Card My first two games on the 750c and I get no Sound Blaster emulation! The games are Xargon and Raptor. Raptor has a setup that asks you to choose the following: [Select Music Card] General Midi Sound Canvas WaveBlaster Sound Blaster ( I chose this ) Pro Audio Spectrum UltraSound Adlib Then goes goes on to ask for a choice: [Available PORT's] ( on this one I had no idea ) 210 220 230 240 250 260 280 ............................ [Select Sound FX Card] General MIDI Sound Canvas Sound Blaster (Chose this) Pro Audio Spectrum UltraSound Adlib PC Speaker [Available PORT's] ...same as above..... [Available IRQ's] 2 5 (No idea) 7 10 [Available DMA Channels] 0 1 3 (No idea) 5 6 7 [Number of Digital Channel] ONE through EIGHT (This was the only one that IBM Tech people knew...they said EIGHT! Not sure if they're right) The program loaded beautifully, but got message the it didn't recognize Sound Blaster card! Xargon did the setup on it's own. I heard the sound but it slowed the game to an unplayable snails pace! I'm PISSED! ;) Are there any NEW/OLD games that work with this machine? Also, does anyone know what the proper settings should be, for the above? Joseph
