Well I would have to say yes. Even though it is expensive it works very well for me. The built in SCSI allows you to add external drives if you choose or external scsi devices such as tape backup. Although it was expensive I went with the IBM CD-ROM since the slot is very tight for a 1" high drive. Martin P. Smith msmith@netcom.com :wq
