3com PCMCIA: HELP!!

Hi,

I'm looking for some help in getting my 3com PCMCIA ethernet
card working.  I can get the card to loopback using the 3com
diagnostic software.  However, EZPlay still says the card is "Not
Ready", and I can't get my software (PC-NFS) to talk to it.

Any suggestions?
