Thanks for nothing!

I emailed again yesterday for help.
in the mail I asked that you call me instead because I couldn't
get a live person on th phone. Therefore I couldn't talk to any of the
Techs. I never got a reply back .
Prior to the mail , I left a message on the answering machine and a couple of times
a tech called me back to try to help.
The first one said it's the low density to Hi-density Adapter that I used that causing the problem.
The second one said it's the cable or the card thats bad.
Frankly I don't think the techs had a clue what they were talking about.

On the internet Thinkpad forum, I was told that it was the PCMCIA SCSI drivers. And this makes more sense.

Today I shipped the Qlogic back where it came from and I got My new SLIM-SCSI from Adaptec.
Took me about 2 minutes to install and Presto! it's working. I am also using the same Low Density to hi-density adapter.
I liked Qlogic better because it claims it's faster, whether it's true or not remains to be s
een. and second and most important the connector is slim and it allows me to use my PCMCIA modem.
On the negative side I couldnt get it to work for my 750c

The Adaptec SlimSCSI Connector is ugly and bulky! it blocks the other PCMCIA slot. But it works!

Its too bad Qlogic doesn't have a decent tech support because I think they have a better
PCMCIA SCSI product.
