So is there a good notebook computer mfgr. with facilities in
Europe that *can* help you?
If there is, I applaud your decision to choose a company with good
service. If not, then you are cutting off your nose to spite your face.
Alas, I too have been angry with IBM on *many* occasions.
Fortunately, with the exception of inflated battery life claims, my ThinkPad
750C has never been the reason.
