If you are able/willing to run WFW and if you do not need serial 
line support (SLIP or PPP), then take a look at Microsoft's 32
bit "Wolverine" stack.  See

This is what I use for my ethernet TCP/IP. I'm happy with it.

If you want NFS, call Beame and Whiteside or NetManage.  They
both offer commercial products (which means you have to buy 
them).  I'm not aware of public domain NFS clients, but then
again, I have looked for any.
