CHAT: Sub-mailing lists, Re: OS/2 Warp Compression

hi,

maybe include the title of the sub-mailing list into the topic/subject
of the message. I think someone mentioned putting "CHAT:.." into the subject
header of a message for non-technical tp750 stuff. Others may want to specify,
	OS/2: <subject>
	LINUX: <subject>
	WIN: <subject>
	ETC: <subject>
