I believe you can let QEMM do it's autodetection sequence of areas to 
exclude and/or to stealth and it will work fine.  THe only thing you 
should add to the QEMM device line is:  XBDA:L
which will keep the extended bios data area in low memory (otherwise you 
have problems).
