Mono video problem

hi,

A line of partial characters (inaccessible by the OS) appears at the
lowest part of the screen/display. Partial characters => a line of chars.
spliced horizontally. It is not a major problem, but it gets annoying at
times and it might further degrade. Any clues and should I send it in for a
check/change? (TP360 mono) Cheers.
