755CE & Warp & Ethernet

Has anyone made a 755CE with Warp drive an IBM Credit Card Ethernet adapter?

If so, could you possibly let me know your config & driver versions?

The local helpline suggest:

	DEVICE=c:\thinkpad\pcmcia.sys
	DEVICE=c:\thinkpad\vpcmcia.sys
	DEVICE=c:\thinkpad\com.sys
	DEVICE=c:\autodrv2.sys c:\thinkpad\autodrv2.ini
	...
	REM Netware stuff, incl PCMDMCS.SYS
	...
	DEVICE=c:\thinkpad\$icpmos2.sys
	DEVICE=c:\thinkpad\ibm2ss01.sys /c1=9
	DEVICE=c:\thinkpad\icrmu01.sys /ma=c100-cfff,d100-dfff

1) pcmcia.sys seems to reside in \os2, not \thinkpad.  I've checked
the file, and it is the same as the one on the features floppy.

2) ibm2ss01.sys refuses to load (SYS1201).  The flags look wrong anyway -
/c1 is supposed to be for a docking station.  I've tried it with no flags
which is supposed to default to IRQ 15, but no luck.

3) icrmu01.sys traps with C0000005, though I guess that may be to do
with the failure of (2) above.
