Ah - stranger yet! I've never heard of this before. You say the SCSI is a TMC controller? Not using the builtin SCSI? Which dock station (I or II)? I doubt it. Tons of people use CD-ROMs and SCSI HDs and don't have problems like you mention. If you bought the TMC scsi controller seperate, maybe there is something in the manual about this.
