I've been using the "Post Road Mailer" from Innoval for
about a week now, and have found it to be a very capable
replacement for UltiMail.  It has the same if not better
feature set as UltiMail (MIME, filters, drag-and-drop,
etc.), but it is *much* speedier.  You can check it out
