Boy, IBM really screwed up the 755CD packaging. They decided NOT to include utility and driver diskettes, but instead to make them available only on the preinstalled hard disk using disk factory. BUT, they neglected to document this, so the documentation says, contact your dealer if these diskettes are missing, and mentions nothing about disk factory. I got a pile of conflicting information from both by dealer and IBM. Some people at IBM were sure diskettes were included, some were sure they were not included. What a mess! The first time I have seen a mess of this magnitude in connection with TP's. Anyway, I am pretty sure I have the straight informatoin now, you should NOT expect to find diskettes in the packaging.
