Active Matrix screen TRICK!

I was wondering if anyone else noticed that if you push your mouse cursor
against the very left corner of the screen in Windows, a single black pixel
that trails, appears about 1/2 inch below the cursor on the last column of
pixels on an active matrix screen. This seems to happen on almost all active
screens regardless of computer manufacturer as far as I know. It happens on
my 755C as well. Is it a Windows bug, screen defect, or something else? I
think it's a minor thing of concern but I was just wondering out of
curiosity. I don't think it affects anything performance wise. Can anyone
help? Any comments are appreciated.

Thank you.
