".....I've seen a few references here to the "IBM PC Outlet", can someone post the number? Is this different than "IBM PC Direct"? ....." ~~~~~~~~~~ PC Direct is IBM's in-house "dealership" where they sell lots of stuff other than just IBM products. 800-IBM-2YOU. The PC Factory Outlet is a store in the Triangle Shops (Factory Shops?) shopping center on Airport Rd. in Morrisville/RTP. Don't know the phone number. They're famous for low prices on last year's IBM products. Lots of refurb stuff, too. Michael J.
