How to install Warp on a 755CD ?

First, you need about 40MB spare on your hard drive. Once you have got
that, do the following:

1. with the cdrom drive installed:

   a) save the disk0.dsk and dsk1.dsk images out of \diskimgs\os2\35
      - I believe you can use the ones provided with the warp
distribution package, but they waste time sniffing around your
system for ide and scsi cdrom drives.

   b) xcopy /s /e the whole of the os2image library (inc all its sub-
      directories) to your hard drive

2. swap your cdrom for the diskette drive:

   a) cut your new disk0 and disk1 images using loaddskf /y/q/f

   b) edit config.sys on disk 1 to add 'set sourcepath=d:\os2image' (or
whatever you xcopy'd to) as the last statement

   c) copy the new disk0 and disk1 diskettes to \os2image\disk_0 and
   \os2image\disk_1, respectively

3. cross your fingers, shutdown the ThinkPad, and re-boot from the new
install diskette (disk0).
