TP 755CV for presentations - experiences/comments?

I would like to know of very practical experience with the Thinkpad
755CV used for presentations -

- does body/keyboard part of machine cover a good deal of the OHP, 
  leaving only about half of OHP screen area for the Thinkpad's monitor?
- roughly what number of participants does the active matrix screen
  translate into (if the room is not totally darkened) - 100?  
- any practical problems with infrared remote control when giving 
  presentations, and moving around - e.g. people getting in way?
