Not exactly a thinkpad question but hopefully someone will know. Does anyone know whether US modems can be used in Israel with just a regular RJ-11 cable or do you need a converter for it? The other thing I should mention is that I will be leaving in a couple of weeks for a year in Israel where I will probably have infrequent access to email so I won't be posting the IBM thinkpad announcements to the list anymore.
