Re: Removing OS2 from my TP750
"...Well, I want to get rid of the OS2 partition of my harddisk.
What is the best way to do this?..."
~~~~~~~~~~
boot to dos. run fdisk. remove the os2 partition, then recreate it as an
extended dos partition. you can't increase the size of a partition, except by
removing it and recreating it, so you will be left with two dos partitions, c:
and d:. your other option is to back up the dos partition, boot to a floppy,
run fdisk & wipe out both partitions, then recreate one large c:. the boot
manager may be taking up a 1MB partition of its own, in which case, you can
wipe it out, too, if you choose the second option.
