Dear Richard,

You were very kind in helping me.....yes your advice WORKED!! I had
waited 4 days for a call back from IOMEGA and was a bit discouraged,
thank you again for your help.

I have just a couple more questions, if I may?!
Below is a section of my Autoexec.bat file....should I use the Windows
or the DOS smartdrv? What should the numbers after the smartdrv be?
How can I get smartdrv to buffer the D drive? How can I remove the
write protect on the 100meg Zip disk?

.........................................
(snip)
C:\ZipTools\Guest.exe
rem c:\windows\smartdrv.exe 1024 512
c:\dos\smartdrv.exe 2048 128
(snip)
.........................................

Thank You,
Akiro
