Since I last responded, I'd had success installed Warp
Connect with Mwave Support. Pay close attention
to IRQs. Definitely put the com.sys (2,2F8,4)?
Once you're done with the installation, do
a rmview and write down all interrupts. OS2 is
notoriously for assigning IRQs without warning
you.
