Power management using Windows 95 on TP 755CE

Since I upgraded my BIOS to version 1.30, whenever the computers resumes
twice from suspend mode within Windows 95. Apparently it's related to the
power manager within Windows 95, if I disable the power management driver
(APM driver), the computer resumes properly from suspend.
Does anyone have any suggestion on how to resolve this problem or dilema.
