I am having the same problem as the original poster. My charger will 
charge the battery when my TP 755C is turned off, but not when I am 
using it.

Which version of the BIOS are you using? I upgraded my BIOS to part # 
91G0724 / power management version 1.21 about a month ago. Is there a 
newer version available? I am also using Windows 95 could that be 
part of the problem (no flames please :-) ).
