WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING!!!!
Toshiba makes _2_ series of drives in the 500M and 800M range - one is
the short 12.7mm high drives which are just fine. The others are 19mm
high which WILL NOT FIT IN THE CADDY!
Worldwide may have begun carrying the 12.7mm but when I bought my druve
in June they only had the 19mm. They are NOT GREAT about specifications,
so look at the model number and data sheet over on Road Warrior and make
sure they are the same drives - WW _will_ provide you with the model
number. I think the short drives are MKVs and not just MKs, but be sure
sure sure!
And I'd be clear to anyone you buy from that it's for a laptop upgrade
and you want to be able to return it if it's not what you need. Whether
you insist on refund and not just exchange is up to you, but the market
is plenty big that you can demand something from them...
