We are running Win95 on about a dozen 701CS's and had many bizarre problems 
until we got the BIOS upgrades off of IBM's web server.  The last upgrade we 
pulled down had a date stamp of 9-15-95 so it looks like it is a work in 
progress.  The BIOS upgrade worked wonders in terms of addressing some mighty 
strange behavior we had been seeing though...
