MWave Modem

I had my Mwave modem running fine until I installed a Megahertz ethernet 
card.  I've tried re-installing the mwave drivers at 14.4 and 28.8, but 
neither seems to work.  Terminal programs think that the port is invalid 
somehow.  Any Ideas?
