Suspend on TP755CD/TP760CD

Hi.

I have noticed a problem with suspend/resume on the TP755CD/760CD with win3.1.
When working in a text editor (FrameMaker, Word etc.) one often press the
suspendbutton to bring the machine home after work. When resuming the TP the
repeat rate on the keyboard are only about half speed.

To get full speed again you have to pull the keyboard speed indicator (Control
Panel, Keyboard) 
a little back and then reset it on full speed. This is quite annoying and
does not happen on a HP Omniobook 4000C in either win311 or win95.

Is this a known bug and is there a fix for it?
