You need a special Western Digital driver (which is only available from IBM) and may not be available for the TP755CX for Linux. I am currently installing Linux on that thinkpad. Everythink is running well except that I don't succeed to run X11 in 800x600. I just run it in 640x480. I have tried to change some parameters in XF86Config file but it doesn't work. I think the error is in the Modelines parameter. Can somebody help me ? Benoit Durand
