I second this. I called 800-LAPTOPS this morning and asked for an RMA. They
gave it to me with no fuss, no muss, and no wait. Perhaps it's different if
your product is malfunctioning due to pilot error rather than physical defects.

Now for a query: I use my 755cx away from my desk quite often, but I have a
Dock II which is home to, among other things, a PCMCIA Ethernet Adapter.
I've got a piece of a T-3 at my desk, and I run a background E-Mail Notify
under Win95. (I know. I'd run NT if MWave and all the other goodies were an
option.) I'd like to have E-Notify loaded automatically depending on the
dock state of the machine. (If the machine is docked, it should load.
Otherwise, forget it.) Obviously '95 can detect dock state. The question
is, can I make it load one startup group for docked, and another for
undocked? Can you think of another way to do this automatically?

Thanks!
