To all you who read my earlier messages!!!!

I just finished doing some testing and guess what?  I had the "Utopia" sound 
scheme configured on my notebook and that caused the performance degradation!

After I switched back to "Windows Default", everything seemed fine!  Well, I 
guess the sounds really tasked the MWave chip but the funny thing is, I don't 
understand why it even tries to play sounds when connected at 28.8.

So in summary:

	1.  Performance Degradation due to Sound Scheme (other than Windows Default)
	2.  MWave Audio is available when connected at 28.8 but slows the system
		down considerably.
	3.  If you need sound, connect at 14.4, otherwise 28.8 for speed.
