Batteries not charging

My 755Cs suddenly decided never to charge up the batteries.  The 
LED simply turns yellow when I'm hooked to the charger/power 
supply, and does not charge.  I have two batteries, and both behave
this way, so I know it's not a bad or defective battery.  Does anyone
out there have any 
experience with this problem?  Alternatively, does anyone have the #
of an authorized repair facility in the LA area that hopefully
operates on a walk-in or overnight basis?
