TP755CD - Probs with IBM Ethernet Card Adapter II

I'm installing on my Tp755CD an IBM Eyhernet Credit Card Adapter II , and have some problems.

Firs of all, here is my configuration:

TP755CD with 16Mb RAM - OS/2 Warp 3.0 (blue Spin) - LAN Requester 4.0 

I've ftp'ed from PCCO the ETCC.ZIP file, with the version 2.01 of the firmware installion diskette, but still having problems with IRQ's , IO address, and RAMADDRESS in the PROTOCOL.INI file.

The diagnostic program (DOS) included in the diskette is not recognizing the Credit Card installed in the PCMCIA slot (1 or 2 is thje same).

Please can anyone URGENTLY help me?
