dsp modem



Hi folk,

I have a question on using the DSP modem on TP755CX under Linux. Is this possible?
I recently installed Linux and use LOADLIN to boot it from DOS, but I didn't seem
to get any response from ttyS0 and ttyS1 even though the communication software
(seyon) said the modem was available. I didn't even get a dial tone. However,
from the boot message, the kernel seemed to recongize 0x03f8 and 0x02f8 (irq 4 and
3 respectively) as 16550A.

Any assistance is appreicated.
