Some company I haven't been able to find the name of is making a metal caddy that fits my 755cx. The metal is a little thinner than the IBM plastic caddy, so you can put a 19mm high drive in it. Also, it is held together with screws, so you can change the drive inside without breaking any ultrasonic welds or the like. It's nice. I don't know where to buy them but maybe someone else here does.
