reminder: administrative requests go to thinkpad-REQUEST

If you want to be removed from the list, don't complain to the 
list about it!  Nobody else on the list wants to see it.

Mail to thinkpad-REQUEST@cs.utk.edu goes into a special mailbox
which is processed promptly (as soon as I check my mail).  On 
the other hand, if you send your request to thinkpad@cs.utk.edu 
it ends up in my thinkpad mail folder.  Since reading the thinkpad
list isn't the most urgent thing I do, it may be several days 
before I get around to reading it.

(I do try to automagically filter out subscribe requests but the
heuristics don't always work.)
