This is the only formal thing I've seen on the next generation in the 760 line, and I think is the source of most anything else you might hear about the "new" 760s. With respect to timing, the article isn't specific, but I have heard rumor of an impending IBM announcement regarding the Thinkpad line next Tuesday, April 23.
