how to tell bios version ?

kinda of an electron wasting question, but how do you tell what the 
current bios version is :0

i have a 755cx, and am about to try to drop in an stb nitro 64 card
into the dock II (with the 29 step Ted manifesto stapled to the wall
near to where the operation is to take place)
