TP365CD and a stuck CD-ROM drive

Any suggestions would be welcome:

A two week old TP365CD will not eject the CD.  The drive's lil' blue 
eject button does nothing and the "key" to manually eject only causes 
the drive to budge a couple of mm.

Are CD-ROM drives on the 365's a problem?  Is the VP who placed the 
CD in the drive the problem?
