Pin-out for PS2 port?

Hi there I wonder if anyone could tell me the pin out for the ps2 port on an IBM thinkpad 755C.  I have an IBM keyboard that I wish to connect and I believe that an adaptor is required which I will attempt o build cheaper that IBM sell them for. Also is there another source for these adaptors other than IBM.

Any help appreciated.
