Win95 eithernet and token-ring

I have a 755CX with both an eithernet and token-ring PCMCIA cards. I am
trying to configure it so that either card works as well as the mwave (
which apparently takes 3 interrupts for DSP, mode, and sound blaster
support ). I want to carry both cards in my computer because I bounce
back and forth between my LAN (eithernet ) and my customer's LAN (
token-ring ). The problem is that I run out of interrupts.

What I would like to do is have the twocards share the same interrupt and
disable one card ( I never use both at the same time ).. But, this
doen't seem to work. By the time the machine is botted, neither card is
working correctly. Even if I stop one, the other isn't right. I would
prefer not to have to remove either card to use the other ( I would just
forget one card sometime and I don't want to be continually addeing and
removing cards ).

Any ideas? I have tried to come up with a configuration with no
confilcts, but to no avail..
