Did you install the Win95 drivers for MWave? Or the 3.1 drivers? If you
installed the Win95 drivers, did Win95 notice the new device when you
rebooted? If not, try this:

Disable MWave.
Reboot
Delete MWave from all hardware profiles
Reboot
Enable MWave
Reboot
Win95 *should* find the modem and sound when you reboot, and tell you that
it found the IBM MWave device. If it doesn't, I think you have old drivers.
