Gregg,

I have been happy with the "Plugger Series U" from Computer Connections
(800)438-5336.  They claim these *are* ThinkPad drives--not cheap, but a
better price than IBM.  They support hibernation and password.  Also, for
what it is worth, they are ThinkPad certified.  My pricing info. isn't
current, so you should contact them.  As I recall, they were willing to
deal a little.
