760eld hot or warm swapping?

Just would like to know if hot or warm swapping of CD-ROM and Floppy 
drive in ultra bay is possible even in suspend mode. I currently have to 
turn the machine off and reboot to have Win95 redetect the drive in the 
ultrabay. Thanks for any comments.
