Win95 IR Error Messages

        I'm trying to configure the IR driver on my basement 486 to work
with the old Thinkpad.  I'm using one of the Adaptec Airport APA-9320
(Airport 2000) hooked to one of my serial ports.  After installing the
WIN95IR.EXE program I'm getting two different error messages.  Initially I
had my IR device hooked to com3 with interrupt 11.  When I started the IR
program I would get "Error 45".  Then I changed the interrupt from 11 to 4.
Now the Error number is 54.  My question is this.  Where does a person go to
find a listing of error messages?  I had no luck over in the Knowledge base
at Microsoft's web site.  Thanks for any help...
