MegaHertz Modem in DOS

Rick, MegaHertz ships point enablers with their PC card modems. It's a
very small TSR that hardwires your card to a COM port. You lose plug n
play, and you should not take it out with the machine on, but it is a
very small TSR.

Alternatively, you can use the PC card drivers (all four) that come with
IBM DOS. This will likely work with any PC card modem, but they will take
more memory, and allow hot swapping.
